Need Upgrade Help from V8.5.4 to V9.1.3

Our current site is hosted at Dreamhost. The current C5 Version is V8.5.4 running on PHP v7.4.

It looks like the Download/Update function in C5 failed. I attempted to update to 8.5.12, and then update the add-ons. I got an error screen when that update happened, and now when I attempt to log in the following error appears:

Whoops \ Exception \ ErrorException (E_WARNING)
include(/home/dh_ngqsri/wearethepractitioners.com/application/elements/header_required.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

The site is running - I just can’t get into the back end now. I am also concerned that several of the expansions we had for the site are no longer compatible with the latest versions of C5.

SCOPE of WORK:

  1. Determine cause and correct.
  2. Update C5 to version 9.1.3 - Coordinate the PHP update to PHP 8.1 with the C5 update.
