No response to support request?

If you make a support request for a marketplace addon or theme, you won’t get a response unless you enable private messages in your profile. If you don’t have private messages enabled, the developer cannot send you a response.

To enable private messages, go to your My Account page at
Click the blue rounded button to Edit Profile

Check the boxes and click the blue rounded Save Changes button.
