I’ve just noticed that all my sites which have add-ons which were bought/licenced prior to the new marketplace (all show as dated May 17 2024) and have been reassigned to v9.3.2+ sites, now are saying “One or more of the licenses assigned to your site has errors”. It says to click on the licence for more information but all of the licence links go to a 404. They have been working fine up until now. Can anyone explain what’s going on? Have I lost all the licences that I have previously paid for?
The new martketplace works on an annual renewal for updates to themes/addons. Any license lasts forever, but for updates and support a subscription has to be renewed. When the new marketplace went live just over a year ago, all existing licenses were granted a year’s subscription to updates to smooth the transition.
Now the marketplace has just passed that year. The situation is you still have the licenses and right to use the addons and themes you have purchased, but your subscription for updates and support has run out.
With the year being over, issues are showing up with license renewal for both legacy subscriptions and subscriptions begun in the new marketplace (there are related forum threads). At Portland Labs @aembler is currently working on updates to the marketplace, so hopefully your issue will be amongst those investigated and in-line for fixing.

Thanks very much for the quick response. The error messages and broken links made it look a lot more broken that it actually is then!
