Have just upgraded an existing Ver 9.2.8 site to 9.4.0 in our Test Environment and came across this issue with adding or editing a link in a Content Block.
When you try using the Sitemap or Browse Server buttons the resulting Choose Page or Choose File dialog boxes are Transparent instead of having solid backgrounds - so the dialog box is mixed up with the existing page content layer making them difficult to search or select stuff from. The dialog boxes function OK once you find your target page or file.
This wasn’t a problem with our 9.2.8 instance.
I downloaded a fresh 9.4.0 copy to a local area and was not able to reproduce the problem - so it appears to be an update issue rather than an existing bug.
There were no errors logged during the update and we are running PHP 8.3 and the Cloneamental Theme Add-on.
Has anyone encountered this problem before ?

This will be fixed in 9.4.1 due to be released today.
