Pixel 9 - Unable to Use Custom Classes on Blocks with Custom Design Templates

Using the Pixel 9 Theme, when I go to Design and Custom Template on a Feature Block, I add custom Classes such as “fbox:layout:bordered” & “fbox:plain”, but when I go to save, these changes do not save.

This would probably be better as a support ticket for the them theme Pixel 9 :: Concrete CMS Marketplace

Or if you DM directly @shahroq who is the theme developer.

were you successfull in contacter sharoq?
i have no idea if PM works or not. i contacted @sharoq a while ago.
i had question about pixel 9 using bedrock or not.
Thanks

Many members had messages disabled in their profile, so they could send messages to developers, but they could not receive responses from developers.

The enabling of messages has now been changed, so that shouldn’t be a problem for support messages sent now.

thanks for response.

in profile, messages are enabled.

i just try to have infomation needed. why is it so difficult to get ahead.

I can’t find the link where you can submit a support ticket. I tried DM him, and he responded several weeks later, but when I responded back he hasn’t responded. I am guessing he is having trouble with messages like I have been in not receiving them in the right place (Sent/Received)

I guess things do not work as they supposed.

Hi,

Plz, report the bug at the Pixel discussion, with the error you are getting, so I can investigate.
