Bought a stripe add-on from marketplace. Cannot figure out how or where to install. Reached out to vendor and they said look in the forum. I do not see an other topic on this. Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction.

Is your site connected to the Marketplace? If you don’t know login to your website and go to Dashboard → System & Settings → Basics → Marketplace and it will show the status.
If it is connected, in your Account (Login :: Concrete CMS Community) you should see it under “Marketplace Site Pages” and you should be able to Assign the license from there.
If it is not connected, in your Account (Login :: Concrete CMS Community) under Licenses you should be able to see the license you just purchased and there should be Download button there. Download the Zip file and extract it into the packages directory of your website. Make sure it’s packages/package_name/controller.php - no extra directories.
Once you’ve completed whichever path above, when you go to Dashboard → Extend Concrete you should see it there Awaiting Installation.
It is connected to marketplace, but I only see 3 green buttons for themes, add-ons and integrations.
I just found the thing at the bottom: “Concrete Site Record” and it says there is one thing in there for me that I can assign.
So I went in there and it shows the product license and it says it is “assigned” and that I can unassign it. It also says I can "Assigning a license for an extension to your site will make it available to download and install from your Dashboard. " But I cannot see anywhere to do that. Sorry to be so ignorant, really appreciate your help.
I think I may have figured it out, but not sure what to do… in the marketplace a user named “myname” is allowed to install the add-on, but no such user exists on the site, only the “admin” and it says I can make “admins” able to install software through the DASHBOARD->MEMBERS but I’m not sure what to do. I tried adding the user “myname” and it allowed it, but then went to markeplace and had to “reconnect” but it gave different keys. Once reconnected I could not go to “Concrete Site Record” it gave an error. I logged out, logged back in as the admin, the “reconnected to marketplace”, all the old keys appeared, I saved them and now I can go into “Concrete Site Record”.
I have goofed something up somewhere… please advise. I don’t know how to add “admin” to this level so it can install software.

I’m declaring this a bug: I found the installation documentation and how to add an extension and it clearly shows a DOWNLOAD button within the application when you have assigned a license. I am not getting that. Here’s what the documentation says: Extending Your Site :: Concrete CMS
Unfortunately I can’t help with sites that are connected to the Marketplace, I don’t have experience with that setup. Hopefully another community member can help or maybe @Myq from the core team can assist.
