Refund by Addon Owner

My addon get purchased, but the customer wants to cancel and request a refund.

So I tried to refund the subscription, but the refund button seems not-working.

I was also asked by client to cancel trial subscription.
I guess you have to click “Refund” button to cancel it, right?
But received the same error instead.
Not sure how it looks from the client side, can they cancel it by themselves (I assume they can)?

@FumitoMIZUNO Please post the exact add-on that was purchased, along with a screenshot of the exact purchase that you’re trying to refund.

The addon is “Favorite Pages,” purchased by “msmiller31” on Jan 4th.

We figured it out. Trial vs final license issue. We’re testing a fix and will roll it out early next week.

Okay, give it a try again now?

I pushed the cancel button and it worked.
