We’re excited to announce the release of FormPDF PRO v1.0, a new add-on for ConcreteCMS that turns Express Form submissions into professional, delivered PDFs — no custom code required.
If you’ve ever needed to generate a PDF receipt, application, or confirmation document from a form on your site, you know this usually means custom controllers and a templating hack. FormPDF PRO handles it natively from the Dashboard.
What it does:
- Template Management — Build PDF templates with a Basic builder, an internal HTML editor, or an external file template stored under your site root.
- Token Helper — A sidebar for inserting dynamic data: system variables (Entry ID, Submission Date), Express Form attribute handles, and custom attributes.
- Rule Engine — Map any Express Form to a Template, with Always or Conditional activation logic.
- High-Fidelity PDF Generation — Reliable rendering engine under the hood.
- Delivery Handlers — Save to File Manager and/or email the PDF as an attachment with custom recipients.
- Secure Download Links — Time-limited links for sharing generated PDFs.
- Submissions Overview & Execution Logs — Full audit trail of every entry, with Attempt/Success/Error status.
- Global Settings — Default paper size, orientation, and debug mode.
- Light/Dark Mode — Full theme support across the dashboard.
