Release license from deleted website

“You must release all licenses from this Concrete Site before you can delete it.”

I deleted a website before removing any ConcreteCMS theme or add-on assigned to that website.

Inside cPanel, I deleted the unwanted website. Then I went to the ConcreteCMS website, and saw that that deleted website is on the list of “My Sites”. I clicked “Delete Site” and was told, “You must release all licenses from this Concrete Site before you can delete it.” However, I am unable to do that, since I cannot login to the website, which was deleted.

You must release the addons by going to…
https://market.concretecms.com/account/sites
After you have signed in click on the site that you want to delete and scroll down to see the addons that are assigned to that site and click ‘Unassign’ for each one.
Then you will be able to delete the site.

“You must install this extension package from your site before you may unassign its license.”

The website no longer exists, so I cannot login to the website to uninstall the add-on.

Yeah, I know the problem you’re talking about. We can help you with that. Just send us some details on which extension/account/etc is in question from the support form:
