Remove folders from Reports>Form Results

I have a bunch of folders (or placeholders?) on the Form Results page. How can I clear this out? When I click on one of them it says “None created yet”. Any ideas please?

You need to click on the folder and then click on ‘edit entity’ and then click ‘delete’
