Remove Item From A Theme?

Hi,

In process of learning ConcreteCMS and redesigning an old website with it.

I have it working fine, but how do I remove an item from a theme?
(would like to remove “Sitewide Header Search” and possibly some other things)

To remove the actual areas, you need to edit the theme PHP files.
