Is the captcha turned on? I just successfully filled out the form and there is no captcha, or is that the problem?

On System and Setting >captcha setting , i have try with google recatpcha, secureimmage, ratio catcha, but no one go out in the form ; yes no captcha , this is the problem

You need to turn Captcha on in the options setting of the form.
