hi. i have installed module Community Store Table Rate shipping, have create a table for italy and USA (for test) ,

and

"Country","Region/State","Zip/Postal Code","Condition","Shipping Price"
"ITA","*","*","20","12"
"USA","*","*","20","40"

and

"USA","*","*","0,20","40,80"

but in check out no shipping way about

ok The country code must be two letters.

No shiping method available in check out using table rate

Hi, i’m using table rates shiping addons, all seted with csv files (destination vs price) and activated. products are set with shiping activated and a weight. in checkout i have no shipping method available. using C5 v8.5.6 , Community store 2.4.3, community store table rate shiping 2.0 do i miss to set something ?
