What version of Concrete are you using,
The 5.6.3.5… a bit old !
What I believe has happened is that your server has upgraded MySQL at some point, and now there are some SQL commands within your current version that are incompatible.
I’m pretty sure that if you update to 5.6.4, those issues will be resolved:
That should be a pretty painless upgrade, since it’s just a minor bump.

I’ve moved manually the 5.6.4 update with filezilla because I can’t get access to the login page of the site for administration :
No this is not how it works.
You would have to add the files in the update folder then run the update concrete in the systems and settings
Take a look at this:
There’s a couple of ways to do it - my preference is always to do method 2, where you replace the core folder and run the upgrade script url.
