Submit a package to the PRB with an account, but sell it with another account

A customer of mine asked me to develop a package, and he wants to sell it in the Concrete marketplace.

Since I developed it, I think it’s better if I take care of the review required to publish packages in the Concrete Marketplace.
But once it will be approved, the package should be sold by another account.

So, the question is: can I submit a package for review with my Concrete account, but change its ownership once the PRB review passes?

PRB admins can’t do that for you. You would need to get Franz or Evan to make such a change.
