Suffix .html and 301 redirects via admin

Hello, I wanted to ask if I can set a suffix somewhere directly or do I have to enter it manually for each URL segment?

Then a question about redirects:

Is there a plugin to manage this directly via the admin or do you do it all via .htaccess?

You would not add a file extension like .html to your paths - your pages will just serve at the path without an extension. So you shouldn’t need to do that.
