Hi!
I updated a couple of my sites to Version 9.1.3 and they are now php 8.1 compliant as the ‘Atomik Agency’ theme (which is written for Version 9) seemed to have dropped in to my ‘Themes’ and I activated it. However, I have another website that I need to align with php 8.1… but can’t seem to find the free version of the ‘Atomic Agency’ theme.
Any idea where I can find it to install?

It comes with the v9 core, once you have v9 it will be there.

I thought the site was already updated to V9… it says it is in cPanel lol!
However, it is actually still running on V8… and… when I try to update to V9 it comes up with the following error.
Any idea of how I can fix this?
Can you give more detail about what steps you followed to get to the error? Also, which line are you referencing as there are 3 errors in this screenshot.

Basically it won’t let me download the V9 update.

The fopen error is because your server needs to have allow_url_fopen turned on in order to download things from the marketplace.
I’ve never attempted to download a large upgrade using the dashboard. If you have ftp access you can follow the instructions here to upload the v9 core - How to Upgrade Concrete CMS
