Unable to launch Concrete after Azure installation

I may be missing something quite simple but I’ve yet to find it in the documentation…

Installed Concrete5 in Azure using Bitnami and the install is successful but I’m not able to launch the CMS using the public ip. I’ve tried various combinations of URL’s as per the documentation so I’m assuming there is a step I’ve missed or something additional that needs to be done after the install in Azure to get Concrete working? Any help much appreciated

@donschult Hi
What happens when you upload a test file to the public folder on your server? Are you able to see it?

A good place to start is to check your vhost files:
https://docs.bitnami.com/azure/apps/concrete5/administration/redirect-custom-domains/#create-a-virtual-host-for-each-domain-122

Are you running Apache or NGINX?

Cheers!
