Unable to Purchase Add-ons on the Marketplace

I am unable to purchase add-ons from the Concrete CMS Marketplace.

When I click the Buy Now button on an add-on page, instead of proceeding to the checkout page, I am redirected back to the top page, and the purchase process never continues.

I tried using a VPN to access the marketplace from the US, and I was able to purchase the package successfully. It seems that the ability to make a purchase depends on the country you’re accessing from.

Could you check the CDN or Stripe settings, @EvanCooper?

I believe there are different things going on here.

There was a edge case with SSO on ConcreteCMS.com for a while which looks like is what hissy was originally experiencing.
I believe that is currently fixed.

We’ve also updated a good chunk of marketplace license code since this video was made, so it’s possible if something else was going on its fixed, or maybe we introduced something wonky with the new stuff - anythings possible!

I don’t think stripe should have an issue with you being in Japan, and if it does, I don’t think it would look like a call back to login. It would probably say something on a new page hosted at stripe…

Regardless, this thread has kinda gone in a few different directions and is out of date, so if there’s a current problem (August 1st) please post a video of what’s going on.

I tried logging in again today and attempted to download the add-on, but the same issue still persists.

I’ve attached a video I recorded today, so please take a look.

Also, I’m not sure if this is related, but when I visit concretecms.org, the page keeps reloading repeatedly on its own.

I recorded this behavior as well today, so please check that too.
