Is there a way to drop non working add ons and themes from user’s licences listing? 80% of the blocks I got have been deprecated, I would like to delete them.

So the goal is a user shouldn’t have the ability to assign a 5.6 addon to an 8.4 website. Is this the licensing listing you are talking about?

No, it is the list you get when you go to your profile / transactions / licenses.
