V9 ready: Package Skeleton for developing packages

I’ve upgraded the package skeleton for Concrete CMS v9:

  • Basic project skeleton but sufficient to get started with package development with Doctrine, Dashboard pages, search and sort, blocks etc.
  • Installs sample Dashboard page with entity add/edit/delete functionality
  • Installs sample block

PS. I am not glad to admit I don’t know how to upload all package folders and files to GitHub. I’ve done it once a long time ago and now can’t remember how I’ve done it. So please download the latest zip v0.9.1.
