When I click on "Single Pages" it redirects me to "RSS Feeds"

In the user guide documentation, when I click on “Single Pages” options, it goes to “RSS Feeds”. The expected behavior is to show the page with information about single pages.

How to reproduce:
1- go to user guide doc and click on Pages & Themes>Single Pages
2- see the error: you are directed to RSS Feeds instead of single pages
