I have not logged in to C5 for months, now when i try, i get myself banned.
I have tried resetting my password via email link after i deleted the entry from logs thinking that would clear the lock… (DOH)
How can i log back in to C5 or specifically unban my IP…

The ban should clear itself after a while if it was automatic, unless it somehow became permanent.
One thing you might try is logging in from a different IP, either by using a phone hotspot or a VPN or something along those lines, and then checking to see if your IP is still in the blocked list and unblocking it if so.
