Add a UK County to StatesProvincesList

Can anyone suggest a straightforward way to override the StatesProvincesList to add an additional British Count (Isle of Wight)?

@mesuva You’re absolutely correct - it seems we worked out how to override it a long time ago!

For anyone coming to this later we just copied /concrete/src/Localization/Service/StatesProvincesList.php to /application/src/Localization/Service/StatesProvincesList.php and amended where needed.
