I do understand the captcha codes, but it is not clear why the interface shows the message «Incorrect Captcha code» after entering the profile email address.
It is confusing. There is no Code or similar to enter the request. No Confirmation or any help links show.
I tried from an newer Ipone and from firefox browser on a modern mac air.
Is this service monitored? Is anybody taking care of this?

I tried to remove the profile without success, - I’m still here and getting emails from concrete.
I do not know why it doesn’t work, I had @Myq confirming the deletion, but for some reason the account is still active.
I suspect they have a problem with the common login and multiple platforms. So the forum account may not have been deleted with the concrete.org account.

I’m not sure if we need an official “GDPR user removal request” here, since its not funktioning at all. Is there a form availabel somewhere the official site.? Or is a contact person to be reached?
