Experiencing similar problems as reported in Personal Information Takedown
I do understand the captcha codes, but it is not clear why the interface shows the message «Incorrect Captcha code» after entering the profile email address.
It is confusing. There is no Code or similar to enter the request. No Confirmation or any help links show.
I tried from an newer Ipone and from firefox browser on a modern mac air.
Is this service monitored? Is anybody taking care of this?
Thanks for help or instructions on how to delete a profile.
