We have to remove our profiles. I have this link:

but it takes us to a:
"null - null" Error while loading this page.
Where is the official link to do this?

says incorrect capcha. There is no captcha to fill out on this page

If you are lucky, you get this mail, always in the Junk folder. If you want to know what is going on and you click the link at the bottom, you will end up on a 403 Error (Page forbidden)

Follow up to above mentioned mail, you get another Mail to tell you to open an account on portland labs.
Are somewhere clear instructions how to remove successfull. It should not be so hard.
