No way to contact member

I’ve just had another message from a member of Concrete community, where I’m simply unable to reply. There’s no reply button, nor can I select them when creating a new message (it shows an error message when hitting send).

I don’t think this user is active on the forums either.

Was there talk of adjusting the messaging system so that you can at least reply to an incoming message?

I had a few similar. For any marketplace customers wondering why they got no response, please see No response to support request? to enable messages.

@EvanCooper sorted it out for the requests which were pending at the time.
