Workflow Settings not persisting on Publish

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with ConcreteCMS 9.4.7.

When I set a workflow setting, pages need approval by the administrator. However, pages are published without approval, nor workflow notification.

The same page needs approval when updating the page contents. It seems that it happens “publish” (= a draft page → a public page)

It seems that the parent page’s workflow is in use, instead of the current page.

When I set the workflow the parent page, publishing the page needs approval.
